Classes begin promptly at the time given, it is the student's responsibility to be logged in prior to class time.  It is suggested that all students be logged in and ready, approximately ten minutes prior to class start time.

Because the online system picks up most background noise, we ask that you mute your microphone on your end.

There are no refunds for non-attendance. If a student cannot attend the class on the date and time originally registered, the student will be given an additional future class date for make-up.

The class link will be sent to each student approximately THIRTY (30) minutes prior to class starting time to the email the student has listed on their PayPal account.  It is the student's responsibility to assure that the PayPal email is current in order to receive the class link.
